SEPAmatic 410
With its straightforward design, stainless steel, high-quality thermoplastic and other materials approved for use with food, the SEPAmatic 410 can be cleaned quickly and easily.
Perforated drums with different perforations guarantee optimum results in line with the requirements to be met and can be changed in a matter of seconds.
The basic version of the SEPAmatic 410 is fed manually, but can be expanded to form a fully automatic system as the volume of meat to be processed increases.
The naturally varying quality of the meat makes an efficient desinewing machine essential for both production reasons and economic reasons in order to ensure precise quality control of the industrial sausage-making process.
Mechanical desinewing of the meat guarantees a consistent quality of raw material for sausage production, as well as compliance with the American and international food laws.
The processed meat obtained with the SEPAmatic has a granular consistency reminiscent of course mince making it eminently suitable for the production of high-quality sausage products. Even the high standards imposed for raw sausage production are met in full.
SEPAMatic 1200
* Rebuilt and reconditioned systems available only.
SEPAmatic 1200 is the perfect solution, both for manual feed and as a high duty industrial machine.
Oversized, inlet cross sections which can be easily filled with products which have not been precut enable fast working for manual feeding. Simultaneously, the basic SEPAmatic 1200 version, which can be combined with all known conveying techniques, is already equipped with all necessary control devices for fully automatic operation. Our designer has been more than generous. The enormouse axle diameter with overdimensioned bearings, the adjustable speed range of the drive complex which can be accessed within seconds, the massive upper structure with more than 3000 lbs mass are only a few reassuring details for users who demand more from a separating machine.
A foolproof pressing system ensures simple setting of the machine. Both PU pressing belts, highly resistant to wear for tough use, and soft separating, low-priced neoprene pressing belts can be mounted.

SEPAMatic 2000V
More than ever before, mechanical removal of sinews is an important matter for precise standardization in modern sausage production. The yield that can be achieved with maximum desinewing and gentle treatment is one of the decisive criteria, together with keeping the operating costs as low as possible
The SEPAmatic 2000V removes sinews and cartilage from roughly dissected meat and produces a course top-quality meat with structured fiber ready for processing.
The weak points of exiting mechanical systems are signifucantly improved by a number of innovations, some of which have patents pending.
For the first time, the machine setting can be set precisely and with linear reproducibility according to scale with uniform pressure throughout the entire perforated drum, since the drive and drum axis is mounted on two sides, in both the rear and front panels. This not only makes it possible to process large chunks of raw meat as in existing systems, but also extends the service life of the pressing belt, blades and perforated drum. The values are further improved by our standard FACONOP which boosts the processing capacity immensely and makes constant supervision unnecessary.
The front panel is mounted on robust hinges so that it is easily opened for daily cleaning.
The entire construction has been designed for maximum ease of maintenance.

A number of inquiries for higher machine outputs paired with the maximum possible ease of operation with minimum cleaning have led to the development of the SEPAmatic 4000V presented here. An ingeniously simple control system with no complicated electronic or electro-hydraulic components allows exactly reproducible machine settings. Users everywhere appreciate the increased operational stability and omission of the otherwise permanent power supply which was necessary. Apart from optimum hygiene and cleaning-friendly details, special attention has also been paid to its absolute robustness.
The design of all driving elements with multiple safety features was only the first stage. Clever technologies allow accessibility in seconds. Electrical elements such as contractors, time relays or switches can be easily replaced by common products from nearly every manufacturer. Special electronic assemblies can be bridged by switches to keep the machine in operation, though with a somewhat reduced operating formap. Highly wear resistant PU pressing belts for heavy-duty use can be fitted just as easily as soft-separating, lower-priced neoprene pressing belts. Once the machine settings have been optimized, these need no further adjustmnet, even if the tools display different degrees of wear (perforated drum and pressing belt).
